Welcome to the Sail Technologies website. Our sail loft's primary goal is to bring you performance sails, utilizing the latest state of the art technologies together with 100% USA engineering and manufacturing.

Sail Tech has expanded. We now have a two building campus in sunny St. Petersburg Florida. Building One houses our main sewing and fabrication department while the building two runs our massive CNC cutting table.

Our one ton cargo can assists in delivery, pickup and regatta support. From dinghy races to mega-yacht and everything in between, we got you covered.

Our custom made Cordes Extra-Long Arm sewing machine can stitch a zig-zag on anything from half ounce ripstop nylon, Sunbrella or the densest high modulus sail cloth

So massive, our 80 foot CNC cutting table has to be housed in its own building next door. The table is one largest in the country. In sail making terms, this means we can make a sail more efficently with less seams and more strength.

We have an arsenal of tools at our disposal at Sail Technologies. One of which is a software design package by BSG which allows us to design our sails with unparalleled accuracy. BSG's Sailpack software was originally developed as a cutting edge design tool for many of the America's Cup syndicates. Sailpack is the first 32-bit 3D sail design package and has about 4 times the resulution of previous design packages. We have been using it for over 5 years now and our customers have been reaping the benefits. You can't find a faster sail anywhere.
